Privacy Policy

• This website is informational: it has no user accounts and does not store what you type into it.
• We only receive your data when you choose to write to us or call us, and we use it to reply.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time, free of charge.

ALLIA SOFTWARE STUDIO S.A.C. (“Allia Studio”), Peruvian taxpayer number (RUC) 20615373568, is responsible for processing the personal data you send us. For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at build@allia.dev.

The contact form sends nothing to our servers. When you press “Send message”, your email app opens with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. We only receive what you send us:

• Your name and, if you add it, your company’s.
• Your email address, and your phone number if you call us or include it.
• The description of your project and the project type you selected.
• Any other information you choose to share in the conversation.

Please do not send us sensitive data, such as health information, or data about other people who have not authorized you to share it.

• Replying to your message and understanding what you need.
• Preparing proposals and quotes, and scheduling meetings.
• If we work together, managing the project, invoicing and our relationship with you.

We do not use your data to send you advertising or newsletters without asking for your consent first.

We process your data with the consent you give us by writing to us, and because it is needed to prepare and carry out the contractual relationship you ask us for. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers that help us operate can access it, such as our email service, the hosting of this website and our work tools, which process it on our behalf and solely to provide their service to us.

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Peru. In that case, we work with providers that offer an adequate level of protection, as the law requires.

We may also hand data over to an authority when a regulation or a court order requires it.

We keep your messages for as long as the conversation lasts and up to two years after the last contact, if we do not end up working together. If we do, we keep the project data for the period required by accounting and tax regulations. After those periods, we delete it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: access limited to the people who need it, protected accounts and encrypted connections. No system is infallible, but if an incident affecting your data ever occurred, we would let you know.

You can exercise, at any time and free of charge, your rights of:

• Access: knowing what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
• Rectification: correcting inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: asking us to delete your data.
• Objection: asking us to stop using it for a specific purpose.

Write to us at build@allia.dev with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to reply to you. We will answer within the time limits set by law.

If you believe we did not handle your request, you can file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and other files are served from our own domain.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will publish the new version here with its update date.
